Traditional Lost-Wax Bronze Casting
We believe good bronze sculpture starts with the casting process.
Our sculptures are produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, allowing our craftsmen to reproduce detailed forms, textures, and sculptural surfaces that are difficult to achieve through simple mechanical production.
We work primarily with solid bronze and copper alloys, depending on the requirements of each project. After casting, each piece is carefully cleaned, chased, polished, and finished by hand.
For selected projects, we can also provide natural stone bases such as marble and black stone.
Hand-Applied Patina and Heat Coloring
A bronze sculpture is not finished when it comes out of the mold.
The surface finish plays a major role in the character of the final piece. Our craftsmen develop each patina by hand using controlled heat and chemical patination techniques rather than simply spraying on a uniform layer of paint.
Depending on the project, we can create finishes ranging from aged green patina and warm bronze to darker antique tones, gold accents, and multi-tone finishes.
Because the process is carried out by hand, subtle variations are part of the character of the material. No two hand-finished surfaces are exactly alike.

For international orders, we also pay close attention to protective packaging and shipping requirements to help ensure the finished pieces arrive safely at their destination.

Our Custom Bronze Sculpture Process
Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Project

Step 2 — Project Review & Quotation
Our team reviews the design, materials, dimensions, production method, finishing requirements, and estimated quantity.
We then provide a proposed manufacturing solution and detailed quotation.
Step 3 — Prototype & Approval
Depending on the project, we develop a clay model, 3D prototype, or other suitable master pattern for your review.
Any necessary adjustments can be made before casting begins.
Step 4 — Bronze Casting & Finishing
Once the prototype is approved, production moves into casting.
The sculpture is produced using the lost-wax process, followed by chasing, grinding, polishing, and hand-applied patination.
Step 5 — Inspection & Delivery
Every finished piece goes through final inspection before being carefully packed for shipment.

Can I visit your workshop?
Yes. Clients are welcome to arrange a workshop visit in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.
If an in-person visit is not practical, we can also arrange video calls and remote factory tours so you can see our production process and discuss your project with the team.
How do you protect intellectual property?
We take client confidentiality seriously.
For projects involving proprietary designs, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before development begins. Client drawings, 3D files, designs, and brand assets are treated as confidential project information.
For bespoke projects, the agreed design is developed specifically for the client and is not offered to third parties without authorization.
