Your reference becomes a 3D model, then a high-resolution printed master pattern. Fine ornament, openwork and slender profiles come off the printer sharp — and every mold and cast piece inherits that detail.
From the printed master pattern we build a flexible silicone mold, then cast liquid wax into it to produce clean, detail-accurate wax copies. The soft mold follows every curve and surface texture of the master, so each wax model that moves on to casting matches the original exactly.

The wax model is coated with heat-resistant materials to create a precise casting mold.
With the refractory shell around the wax model, steam heat melts the wax and drains it out, leaving a cavity that matches the sculpture's form - the "lost wax" step. The shell is then fired hard and ready for the molten metal.
Molten brass is carefully poured into the mold and left to cool into the cast body of the sculpture.
After casting, skilled craftsmen remove imperfections, refine details, and polish the surface. Sandblasting clears away sanding marks and small weld spatter before the patina is applied.
Hot patina is applied by hand. We heat the bronze with a natural-gas torch to a temperature judged by our craftsman's experience, then spray on the patina solution and let it soak in. Over time the colour settles slowly, growing into a deeper, more antique character unique to each piece.
We cast in brass using the lost-wax method, then finish every piece with a hand-applied hot patina. Work spans one-off commissions, OEM, ODM and wholesale runs. Each piece is made to your dimensions and finished to your brief. Craft you can feel: pieces are cast in sections and joined by hand, with walls around 3 mm and no resin filler. The surface shows no visible seam — and the weight in the hand is real.
