Traditional wax modeling is used to capture the details, proportions and artistic character of the sculpture before casting.
Multiple layers of refractory slurry and fine sand are built up around the wax model, forming a hard ceramic shell. Steam heat then melts the wax out, leaving a precise cavity - the mold that will receive the molten bronze.
The sculpture is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting process, allowing complex forms and detailed surfaces to be reproduced accurately in bronze.
After casting, each section is carefully cleaned, chased, assembled and polished to refine the surface and remove casting imperfections.
Our artisans apply the required patina, antique effect or surface treatment to achieve the desired appearance. Custom finishes can be developed according to your reference images or project requirements.
Every sculpture is inspected piece by piece before packing - no sampling. Small pieces travel in protective foam inside export cartons; large ones go into reinforced plywood crates - no fumigation needed - and load straight into the container. Before dispatch, we share photos of the finished order.
