01. Real brass, not just a "bronze finish"
We cast brass, then join, chase and finish every piece by hand.
What that means for you:
• Stable. Won’t warp, crack, or develop stress fractures over time.
• Durable. The patina is chemically bonded to the metal—not painted—so it won’t peel or fade in normal indoor conditions.
• Hefty. Pick it up and you feel the density. That’s what tells a client “this is real.”
• Collectible. Bronze gains character with age. The patina deepens. The piece holds value.
02. Lost-wax casting – details you can see and feel
We use the ancient lost-wax process because it captures detail that machine stamping can’t touch.
• Wax carved by hand. Every muscle, fold, or feather texture is sculpted individually—no CAD-generated shortcuts.
• Cast in sections, joined and blended by hand, so no seam shows on the finished piece.
• Fine detail holds. Hair, scales, geometric edges—whatever the design calls for, it comes through cleanly in bronze.
• One wax, one piece. The mold is destroyed after each cast. So your piece is genuinely one of a kind.
03. Hot patina – the layer that gives it life
This is where most cheap sculptures fall flat. Spray paint and cold chemical dips don’t bond—they just sit on the surface.
Our hot patina process is different. We apply mineral-based solutions by hand, with heat, building up colour in layers. The reaction is part chemistry, part touch—and the result is:
• Layered, not flat. Highlights catch light differently from recessed areas.
• Fused, not coated. The colour becomes part of the metal. It won’t flake or rub off.
• Subtly unique. Even two pieces with the same finish will have slight variations—that’s the signature of handwork, not a defect.
04. Finishing – because the last 5% matters
After casting and patina, each piece goes through:
• Burr and edge smoothing
• Base levelling so it sits steady
• Protective sealing for longevity
• A final hands-on inspection
We don’t ship anything that wouldn’t look right in a hotel lobby, a gallery, or someone’s study.

How heavy is it in the hand?
It is hollow-cast, as all lost-wax work is, with walls around 3 mm - and it carries real weight. No resin is used inside.
Will the patina fade?
No—it’s fused into the bronze. Under normal indoor conditions, it stays stable and deepens over time.
Why hand patina over machine?
Machine colouring is rigid and uniform. Hand patina gives you natural variation, depth, and a finish that feels alive—not printed.
Can you customise size and colour?
Yes. We adjust dimensions, match finish colours, engrave logos, and can develop exclusive moulds for your range.
