This cheetah is cast using the traditional lost-wax process, one wax
per piece. The material is cast brass with walls around 3 mm, so it
carries real weight in the hand, and no resin filler is used inside.
The surface is chased and blended by hand, so no seam shows on the finished piece. The colour is applied by hand at high temperature, then sealed with a protective wax coating. For indoor commercial spaces – lobbies, offices, showrooms – it holds its finish well over years of display, without fading or tarnishing easily.
We offer two completely different surface treatments.
Golden Crackle Finish
A warm antique-gold tone with a natural fine-crackle texture across the body. The paws and feet are treated with a matte shadow-black detail, which gives the piece more depth and prevents it from looking flat. This finish is bright and eye-catching – it works especially well in boardrooms, real estate model suites, and high-end retail spaces. It has presence without being loud.
Vintage Verde Bronze Finish
An aged verdigris patina that mimics the look of old bronze after long oxidation. The only polished-brass highlight is on the head, which catches light and draws attention to the face. The overall tone is muted and understated, with a retro, industrial feel. It fits naturally into studies, boutique hotel interiors, and spaces with industrial or vintage design language.
Design and Form
We stripped away excessive fur details and used simplified geometric lines to capture the explosive tension of a cheetah mid-sprint – airborne, fully stretched, moving forward with momentum. It’s not a literal wildlife replica; it’s an abstract gesture of speed and agility. In Western business culture, the cheetah is a well‑understood symbol: seizing opportunities, acting fast, expanding decisively. Many of our clients place it in their offices not just as decoration, but as a daily reminder of that mindset.
Base
The sculpture sits on a two-layer marble-finish composite stone pedestal. The bottom layer is polished black composite stone – heavy and stable, so the piece won't tip over even in high-traffic areas. The upper tray is a marble-finish composite stone with a golden vein that adds a subtle contrast in texture and colour. Together, they give the piece a more refined, premium feel than a single-material base.
